Dr. Marie Mendes Alcazar is an Organizational Change Strategist and Practitioner with extensive experience leading and supporting enterprise level change initiatives. She has a strong record of implementing large-scale, multi-channel strategic business initiatives based on client defined value proposition. Her primary area of focus is planned change in a total system environment, which can range from a single work unit to global communities of scale. With more than 25 years of progressive experience in the Information Technology
Industry, she has delivered on the creation and management of organizational change from cradle to grave. Dr. Alcazar is a tenured change practitioner and has held a variety of program  and change leadership positions working with enterprise level implementation projects across private, corporate, and Government sectors. She holds a Doctor of Management Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, School of Advanced Studies.
